Uptown Market is becoming a brewery. Long story short: We are asking for your help to raise funds for the brewery. In return we are giving 50% of the profits from the brewery to charity. Also you get really cool perks for helping us out!

We regret to say that we will no longer be offering coffee for the time being. We hope to offer coffee in the future, but for the time being it is closed. We wish Joshua the best of luck with his future endeavors.
Any Living Social that is outstanding for the Coffee we will redeem for pints effective immediately. Please bear with us as we go through this period, again, we hope to have information soon when we will be able to offer you delicious coffee in the future.

First of all we want to thank everyone who made it out to our 1st anniversary party! It was a blast and the support that we have is incredible. Thanks for making it a wonderful night.
But more about what this post is to be about, Carrie, who missed our big shin dig is coming in just before the Christmas Holiday! This Thursday from 5 to 7 pm, come in and taste some great Pyramid and MacTarnahan Brews! She has assured me there will be prizes for her absence in an effort to make up. So come enjoy the start to your Holiday with us and Pyramid.
Hard to believe, but this Saturday is our 1st Year Anniversary Party. We are throwing this party with the help of several breweries that have brought us some great beer all along the way! We want to thank each and every one of you for your support this last year and we look forward to many more! Merry Christmas and hope to see you Saturday for the Party!

WOW, I'm impressed with what Herb has done for this First Thursday! It is going to be one of epic proportions. Herb Apon, the artist of the mural above that sits in our shop, is our featured artist this month!

Shane will be here on his Accoustic guitar. Shane is the lead singer from Miss Massive Snowflake. Recently finished a tour throughout Europe and has local shows all over the city. We welcome and thank him for some great live music during our Art Show!
For those of you who don't know, Herb Apon, renowned comic style artist in the Portland Area has been creating art for the last 20 years. He has been featured in DC, Darkhorse and Dynamite books. He has had articles written on his featured art in the Willamette Weekly and Mercury papers on numerous occasions. He has been involved with very successful freelance art throughout his career, which includes the Mural hanging at our store and the featured marketing art for the beer collaboration between Uptown Market and Two Kilts!
Southern Oregon Brewing is in this Friday from 5 - 7 pm. Great time to pick up some beer for those post Halloween parties that you are headed to! We are excited to have them to Uptown Market, come in and say hello to this great brewery!
Come in to Uptown Market and meet one of the brewers for the Commons Brewery! This Thursday from 5 to 7 pm. If you haven't had a chance to try their Belgian Style ales and Farmhouse Saizon this is a great opportunity. If you are not familiar with these styles come in and let them tell you all about this style of beer!
That's right, come meet the brewer at Uptown Market this Friday for Sasquatch Brewery! They are a great new local favorite with their brew pub on Capitol Highway. If you haven't had a chance to try their food their pub has some great stuff. If you haven't had a chance to try their beer, come to Uptown Market this Friday from 5-7 and get some great local beer!
Mendocino Brewing Company is at Uptown Market this Saturday from 3 to 6 pm! Come in and check out some great beers from this Californian brewery.
Drink Think is in Thursday for a Wine Tasting! The Rain is here and it's time to sit next to a fire and drink some deep red wines. We have a great line up for you to taste this thursday so come in and check out some amazing wines for the upcoming season.
Migration Brewing is in this Friday from 5 pm to 7 pm. They are going to have their dry hopped pale on tap so come and get some of this popular local beer. I did hear they are bringing in some of their fresh hop beer for us to try so definitely stop by while there here for a taste.
We are going to have a pumpkin party following the tasting. That's right, bring your pumpkin in, carve it up, have some beer and we'll see whose is the best. We might even decide to have a contest for the best carved pumpkin! Either way, should be a fun night at Uptown Market so come in and join in on the fun!
Vertigo Brewing from Hillsboro is at Uptown Market this Saturday from 3 pm to 6 pm. We are going to have some of their great beer here to taste and also going to have something on tap for have while you enjoy the weekend. Grab some great beer at Uptown Market, where you can drink while you shop!
